Question : My 10 year old daughter has had a fever on and off for almost 6 days now. Fever comes down with tylenol but always returns once it wears off. When should the fever let up? What else can I do?

You are already doing everything correctly. You can try Motrin in place of tylenol and also make sure she is hydrating.
However, a fever that persists this long could be a sign of a bacterial infection. If this is the case, she might need an antibiotic. I recommend consulting with your doctor about this to see if this may be the case.
