Question : Ive had an on and off itching on my nipple over the months, maybe a year. It goes away after a while or after i have used some anti bacterial cream on it. Now im pregnant and every part of my upper body itches me because i am stretching but ive also used some cream but its not helping.
Brief Answer:
Liver function test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It seems like a local allergy which responds to the steroid and comes back again and again.
You need to apply clobetasol cream on it twice a day for 7 days but since it is a prescription drug you will need to discuss this with your dermatologist.
Once it heals and stops itching you should apply moist breast pads in between nipples and brassire.
These moist pads are coolant filled simple and easily available material and will give you soothing experience.
Also since your upper body has also started itching get a liver function test and update your report.
Will discuss further management accordingly.
Take care
