Brief Answer:
NEEDS THOROUGH EVALUATION
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
WHen was your last menstrual period ?
Are your cycles regular ?
Regarding the swollen gland, sometimes it is sporadic, and occurs due to infection in the axillary hair follicles, but it clears up.
IF it is persistent over a year, it needs urgent evaluation.
Please consult a Physician and have an abdominal ultrasound scan, a pelvic scan and routine blood tests to pick up the problem.
It could be a persistent chest infection that is pressing on the stomach leading to nausea, bloating and the swollen gland.
A mass / tumour also is a possibility that should be ruled out.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
