Question : I have an intermittent sensation at the base of my skull on the right side when I move a certain way

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, it seems to be due to a pinched nerve at the base of skull. This is not serious and would resolve on own in a few days. Physiotherapy (with neck extension exercises) would be helpful.
