At your age of 58 years, intermittent chest pain below clavicle should be first rule out for cardiac cause.
So get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac cause.
Please let me know
1. Are you smoker?
2. Are you doing heavy exercise?
3. Do you have hypertension or diabetes?
