Question : 3 weeks ago I started having problems. Began with tickly/ itchy feeling under head of penis. And turned into peeing a lot with full bladder feeling. Never had discharge from penis. Wife was traveling and came back and we has sex a lot right before this began. After a week of this went to DR in Costa Rica - gave antibiotics- 200 mg doxy 10 days and 1 g injection rocephron? 3 days. This seemed to help but still feels like something remains- some pain here and there in groin /prostate. Peeing is less though. Now in USA do I wait and see if improves or go to a DR?

I suggest going to a doctor to have cultures and blood exams done the check for different organisms and diseases. After your treatment in Costa Rica your symptoms should have been alleviated.
