Question : Hi Dr. There occurs a burning and numbness in my top inner thigh alongside my genitals on the left side. It comes and goes and can be mild or severe pain. What could it be?
Brief Answer:
Neuropathy. Taking methylcobalamine should help.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query but would need further details to be able to answer your query. Please let me know
* how long you have been having the complaints.
* Any other associated symptoms.
* Any rashes.
* Are you sexually active?
I would await your response. Based on it I will guide you further. Try taking methylcobalamine (a form of B vitamin) 1500 mg once daily for the next week or so. The mentioned complaints could be due to deficiency of this vitamin. Let me know if that helps.
