Brief Answer:
Take antacid with proton pump inhibitor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concern.

Most likely the pain you are having is because of gastritis caused by antibiotics you are having for your bladder infection.
Antibiotic therapy should be given along with antacid and proton pump inhibitor always to prevent gastritis.
Toxins in antibiotics irritate the gastric mucosa hence irritation of mucosa causes pain.
I would suggest you take Tylenol one tablet along with 2 tsf of peptobismolol and pantoprazole 40mg one tablet and see if the pain responds to it. or not.If the pain responds to pantoprazole then is caused due to gastritis.

In case if pain does not respond to the above mentioned medications an ultrasound abdomen should be done to rule out any pathology of abdomen.

Get well soon and regards.
