Brief Answer:
Probably pinched nerve (s).

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Most probable cause of your symptoms is pinched nerve (s) by degenative spine disease, but this condition needs clinical (neurologic) examination and imaging studies of your cervical and lumbosacral column ( x-rays, MRI) to evaluate more correctly the cause.

Conditions related to degenative spine disease are vertebral arthrosis, herniated disc disease, degenative intervertebral discs disease.

After diagnosis is achieved, treatment should be started.

In first stages treatment is conservative and consists on few days rest in exacerbated pain, NSAID drugs ( Ibuprofen eg. ) and physical therapy with the aim to reduce vertebral joints loading and strengthening vertebral column muscles.

These issues should be discussed with your primary care Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
