Question : Hello Doctor,

I am Mahesh, I get severe stomach pain when ever i eat Chicken in hotels or Home.
The pain subsides after sometime, i started eating non veg 6 months back...initially i had no problems...but off late...i started experiencing the pain....

avoid chicken for a period of 2-3 months or take tab omeprazole 20 mg

i appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to indigestion or hyperacidity produced due to spicy content of chicken
Take tab omeprazole 20 mg once daily half an hour before breakfast
avoid taking chicken for a while to heal the stomach mucosa completely for period of 2-3 months
have plenty of fluids
