Question : I have intermittent pain in many foot. It occurs in my arch while walking or exercising. It does not radiate from my heel! I also have sharp pain at night on the top of my foot as the tendon leads up toward the vertical leg bone. Please provide possible diagnosis. Thank you.

As per your description you are probably suffering from loss of medial arch support in foot.
I suggest medial arch support in your shoes + foot exercises like walking on sand or standing on toes ( to strengthen your foot muscles).
