Several possible causes can lead to these symptoms but I don't see any emergency. It can be neuralgia and it means that trigeminal or facial nerve is irritated and inflammed. Pain can be suppressed with resting,nonsteroid painkillers and warm compresses. Also ,you should avoid noise,smoky areas,coldness.
