Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, you should know that tingling in the left hand could be related to different possible causes:
- a pinched nerve
- a TIA( transient ischaemic attack)
- electrolyte imbalance.
Besides, your blood pressure values are slightly elevated.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG
- a Doppler ultrasound of the neck arteries to examine the blood flow to the brain
- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose.
If a pinched nerve is suspected, a nerve conduction study would be necessary.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri
