Question : Sometimes my little finger on both hands shakes uncontrolled. It seems it starts at end of the day.

What you seem to have is dystonia tremor and this could be result of anxiety. There are other reasons to be evaluated like degeneration, nutritional deficiency.

What is your blood pressure?

You need to meet a neurologist who can prescribe you medicines like anti-cholinergics or anti anxiety medicines.
