Question : I was in pressure for some time. But one day after having tea after breakfast, I felt as if my head is moving for some time. I don't have vertigo but I feel to have one.
I was Ok after that, but sometimes I feel that when I have no work.
Sometimes while having food , I feel that more. But when I walk after that I feel better.
When I lay down while having this feeling, on closing eye this feeling is more.
While playing I forget all about this and feel better.
Can you please help me out on this.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being again on healthcaremagic.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Last time,we had a discussion over your symptoms,I advised you to do mental relaxation exercises like yoga/meditation regularly and take antivertigo medicines like cinnarizine on sos(at the time of symptoms) basis.Did you follow the instructions?Any improvement in symptoms?
Symptoms presently also suggests the same etiology likely-Psychogenic/Non-organic.Anxiety may be a cause for the same.
I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

No , I didn't take the medication. I will follow medication now on SOS basis.
I felt if I am not having vertigo why I should take medicine.
Thanks

What about meditation/yoga/mental relaxation exercises?
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Of course!you have to take medicine on sos basis only.
Diagnosis still remains the same as discussed. It is not likely to be an organic disease.
Did you start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation, as advised. That will really help to improve your symptoms.
