Question : I have internal pain under my left breast. it fees like it is radiating a little upward toward my shoulder. I've had it all night. It was worse last night. Seems better now. It is constant, not throbbing or stabbing. It feels like it is under my rib cage.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.It is most likely muscular pain. Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C helpful in recovery. You can chest x ray PA view to rule out chest related disease. It will be better to clinical examination of breast to see any breast disease. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
