Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I am not sure I fully understand your question. You were playing some sort of game where you move your XXXXXXX apple (with the muscles of your neck?) and not you feel an unwanted desire to keep moving it with your muscles?

If this is what you are asking, I suggest you try to do some activity now that requires intense occupation of your mind. This may help break the cycle if this is a brand new problem.

If however your problem has been going on for days or weeks, then seek help from a psychologist who can help you with ways to avoid unwanted behaviors, and/or a physician who can prescribe an SSRI which can help with obsession and compulsive behaviors.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Ok, got it. So do some activity that requires concentration and maybe also physical work, and it will likely take your mind off of it.
