Question : i rather frequently discharge what appears to be semen when i go to the restroom, either urinating or bowel movements. It has happened more frequently lately as i have been separated from my spouse for 3 months and have no sex currently. is there anything i should be concerned about? i am a 45 year old very healthy male.
