                                            SGPT(ALT) is 42 U/L (Reference Range 05-40 AT 37 deg C)
ALB : GLOB RATIO is 1.39:1 (Reference range >1.5)
I drink thrice a week,but maintain a strict diet including fasting atleast one day a week.Lately i've been having irregular bowel moments with pale/brownish yellow stool.Can you please help me understand the condition?

Your ALT is 42 which is just 2 units more than the upper limit of normal. It is not significant. We can consider it significant only if it is more than 2-3 times the upper limit of normal.
As far the A/G ratio is considered, anything above 1 can be considered normal. We are worried only if the ratio is less than 1.
As far as your stool color is concerned, it can be considered normal. The irregular bowel movements can be treated by taking high fiber diet that includes lot of vegetables, greens and fruits and drinking lot of fluids.
