Question : I have abdominal discomfort, irregular bowl movements and fatigue. Can you give ma some pointers?

I am Type 2 Diabetic 30 years. A1C 7.1 - 7.3 range. The last week I have experience large, hard stools that have actually plugged my toilet, twice

Thank you for your information.
You have still not told me about the exact nature of your abdominal discomfort.
Anyways, I think this may be the beginning of IBS, an abdominal condition.
I would request testing a colonoscopy and ultrasound abdomen- if this is normal, it is likely to be IBS.
Please let me know the reports.
Meanwhile try Isapghula husk 3 tsf at night.
Take plenty of fluids and high fiber diet.
