Question : I have abdominal discomfort, irregular bowl movements and fatigue. Can you give ma some pointers?

Yes on occasional loose stools, no on blood tests

You have still not told me about the exact nature of your abdominal discomfort.
Anyways, I think this may be the beginning of IBS, an abdominal condition.
I would request testing a colonoscopy and ultrasound abdomen- if this is normal, it is likely to be IBS.
Please let me know the reports.
Meanwhile try Isapghula husk 3 tsf at night.
Take plenty of fluids and high fiber diet.
