What Causes Irregular Early Menstruation And Bleeding Post Intercourse?
Question: hello after 11yrs.
of no intercourse I started last month and right after I had sex the first time that same week my period started.
than again this month it was on a Tuesday when we had sex & my period started early Thursday light.
seence it was very light we did it again on Friday. now it's very heavy and I have feel lightly dizzy & nauseated sometimes seence the 1st time what's the possibility that I could be pregnant?...

1) If you involved in unprotected sex during fertile period or middle of the cycle, then there is possibility of pregnancy. In that case, you should undergo one home pregnancy test to exclude or confirm pregnancy.
2) Irregular early period and bleeding after sex may be due to extra excitement and hormonal imbalance, blunt trauma associated with rough sex, cervical polyp, endometriosis etc.
If pregnancy test is NEGATIVE, then I suggest to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal profile (including thyroid) to rule out other pathology. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist for pelvic examination and above mentioned test.
3) In the meantime, I can suggest to take Tranexamic Acid to arrest bleeding and maintain genital hygiene properly.
