Irregular heart beats is a sign of cardiac arrhythmias especially atrial fibrillation which may be related to heart failure. Heart failure may be responsibile for general weakness and dyspnea.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
