Question : hello,
sometimes i wake up from sleep during the day and i feel like my heart beats are not normal. For ex. i just woke up 10 min and when i checked my pulse it was 55. Should i be worried and go see a cardiologist?

Regarding your concern I would explain that a normal sinus rhythm with a heart rate at 55 bpm immediately after waking up is normal; you don't have to worry about that. If you feel that your heart beats are irregular, then I recommend you to consult your doctor (GP or cardiologist).
