Question : I have an irregular heart beat sometimes with dizzeness, i have had an EKG with no reults. should i be worried?

Dear Sir,

In case of heart palpitations EKG is informative when it is performed during the palpitations, otherwise it can be normal.
I would advise you not to worry, but it is important to find out what type of arrhythmias you have
If you have palpitations frequently I would advise you to undergo Holter monitoring. It is investigation when you 24 or 48 hour EKG is recorded.
