Brief Answer:
You are not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.

Following is my reply:

1. You are not pregnant.

2. In women with PCOS it is possible that periods are delayed and once in a while less flow comparatively. Hence you have red spots instead of regular periods.

3. Therefore it is not possible that you are pregnant. This is just normal periods with less flow.

I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya

Brief Answer:
Weight loss with folicular scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Weight loss will help you to get pregnant and regularize if you are overweight or obese.

Keep having regular follicular growth scan with a fertility specialist in an IVF center who can do a better job.

Meanwhile get your husband's semen analysis done.

Follicular growth scan will predict when to is best time to have intercourse and try for pregnancy.

I am not overweight. Last follicular scan on day 26 follicle convert to hemorrhagic cyst and we tried but from day 28 I started spotting and after 7 days my period came. Sorry I forgot to mention I do have mild free fluid around my right ovary that was supposed to go on its own but it is still there and gradually decreasing. From four months I tried on fertile time but of no use.

Brief Answer:
IUI

Detailed Answer:
Hi

26 days is very much delayed ovulation. I think you need gonadotrophin injections to improve follicle size and cause early ovulation.

It is better to Consult an IVF center and go ahead with IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) procedure.

I think you are not undergoing satisfactory treatment now.
