What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post Intake Of I-pill?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I would like to ask few things.i have taken i pill without having intercourse with the fear that the other that the juices present in other parts of body like fingers might contain semen as that was inserted.i faced a preponed period.after this period the next period happened after 20 days but the flow continued for just a day then stopped.again after 10 days it started and then stopped after continueing for a day.Is it something alarming.Will this discontinuety stabilise?

I have read your query and understand your concern. However, I would like to assure you that there is nothing to worry regarding this as your periods would get stabilised soon.
Extra dose of hormones in I PILL tend to throw your natural hormonal system in dis array.
Sometimes your periods get preponed or postponed by few days.
At some occasion one might get unexpected bleeding. This is what has happened with you.
This tends to settle down in next one or two cycles and so there is nothing to worry as everything wold be normal soon.

It may stabilise anytime now.
If you have not resorted to any sexual activity after that finger insertion episode,then no chance of pregnancy.
Just wait and watch and relax. You are going to be all right soon as it is all perfectly normal which you are experiencing.
