Question : The week before last I was having gas pain or what I thought was gas pain my stomach was swelled up I felt nausea by Sunday that weekend it was bad and on Thursday the 17th I started bleeding I bled for a couple hrs then stopped well the next day same thing I bled a couple hrs then stopped now on Saturday after I took my bath I noticed something hanging out my vagina so I pulled it out looked like a blood clot well after I took it out I started bleeding abnormally heavy it was bright red my stomach still swelled, gas feeling and cramps felt like labor pains it lasted til Monday morning when I used the bathroom a whole bunch of something came out and soon after that the gas went away and swelling went down I'm still bleeding but now it regular I took a picture of it but can't send it on here
it's gross but that's what came out

July 28 to August 2 was normal but I had the same thing happen in March someone told me I might of had a miscarriage but I had my tubes tied 7 years ago ..I bled for 2 weeks after that.. I did go to the hospital Sat there 4 hours for them to lose my blood work and paper work so instead of flipping out I left.. I've always had normal cycles that last 5 to 7 days. I. weigh. 115 and am 5'3.. I am sexually active with one partner.. this was not my due period

YOu need to have an evaluation.
You might be having a polyp , fibroid or endometrial hyperplasia ( thickening of the lining of the uterus due to hormonal imbalance ).
Please visit an OB - GYN.
Please get an internal evaluation done, Pap smear, pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone ).
Get your hemoglobin levels checked too.
It might be a cervical erosion or growth too.
PLease get the workup done as suggested and let me know.

As such, at your age, you might be approaching peri - menopause, and it is very common to find such menstrual irregularities and episodes occurring around this time.
Hormonal imbalances lead to such erratic bleeding / clotting.
You may skip the long list of hormonal bloodwork, and just get the FSH, LH and TSH done.
