Question : i have a irregular period from last 1 month, what can be done for this ???

Only one irregular period no need to worry. It could be due to stress or increase in weight.
I suggest you to wait until next period come. If that also comes irregular or if you don't get periods for more then 45 days then consult gynacologist. They may start on oral contraceptive pills for regularising the cycle and also to know the cause of irregular periods.
