Question : I had periods on 5th Feb then had. unprotected sex so I had I pill and. then I had periods. again on 19th Feb and I we involved sexually but it was protected tis month no periods yet

But since its past a month already, I advise you to take a pregnancy test and confirm. If feasible opt for TVS (internal scan) after waiting for a week to confirm/rule out pregnancy and at the same time, this will also clear any suspicion about ectopic pregnancy.
