Brief Answer:
You should look for vitamin deficiencies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You may be having vitamin and trace elements deficiency. You can get your vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels. If found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3 ( for vitamin D deficiency) and Mecobalamin ( for vitamin B12 deficiency). You are likely to get benefitted by calcium and vitamin and trace elements supplements. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen .Mecobalamine is helpful in neuralgic pain.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Vitamins can be taken along with these medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
It will be ok to take these vitamins(Mecobalamin and vitamin D3 along with other vitamin and trace elements supplements). But it will be better to know by tests whether you have deficiency.
Everything else already discussed.
