Brief Answer:
Ultrasound report needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Can you please upload me your ultrasound report as I would like to have a look on it even if it was normal.
According to your description it seems like a hormone disturbance and will be managed easily by oral pills for 3-6 months.
Waiting for your response.
Regards
Dr Manisha
