What Causes Irritability After Taking Tirosint?

Question: Hi. My daughter has been taking tirosint for the past 2 months and is experiencing irritability and emotional outbursts. I see that these are side effects of this medication. Can you suggest another one similar to tirosint. My daughter cannot take any thyroid meds that are synthetic.
