What Causes Irritation And Pain In Penis?

Question: I am 28 Virgin male.I have a irritation and pain whenever I touch my glans. My doctor advised to use ketaconqzole ointment but it was not of much use.

You seem to have inflammation of glans penis.
It usually occurs because of fungal infection.
Ketoconazole is good medication for the same.
Avoid washing your glans with soap.

If married, your partner should also take anti fungal pessaries.

Itching with pain ,suggests urinary infection .

Hello again,
Pain during urination is suggestive of infection in urinary tract.
This may have caused itching or the itch infection may have traveled upwards.
In both cases you need to get your urine test ,culture and sensitivity done.
After giving urine sample you can start a broad spectrum antibiotic like cefixime.
Take urine alkalizer with water.
Drink lot of water.
Keep applying your cream.
It will take 2 to 3 days to minimize and may take a week or more to cure.
