Question: irritation and hardness and swelling between scrotum and leg. took place overnight. cold sweats and diarhea on first day but better on third day. on right side only.

can this problem resolve itself without my seeing a doctor. if so how long should i wait. its hard for me to get out. it has seemed to have peaked after 3 days.

You can put cold compresses,take ibuprofen and keep good hygiene but antibiotics are required so you should get it in pharmacy or by your doctor. Some serious issues may start on this way such as Fourniers gangrene so any worsening or fever should be reported to ER. Wish you good health. Regards
