Question : Doctor, I am 35 male healthy non alchohilic and non amoking. I have developed little irritation in my both eyes in last two days and high in night refer attach

Seems to be Allergic .

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems to be either Allergic or infective conjunctivitis.
In any case if there is no visual issues associated I would recommend after an eye test to take an anti Allergic like Levocetrizine along with Antibiotic eye drop like Moxifloxacin.
Wash your hands properly. Avoid touching eyes again and again.
