Brief Answer:
You need a break

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

It seems that you are developing sensitivity of skin which is a common side effect of doxycycline. I would suggest that you do not apply any products on your face for now as you may develop redness i.e sensitive skin. Your face skin is already peeling and will predispose to side effects of skin products as well.

Thus I will recommend that you use a mild soap that contains sandalwood (will calm the skin), use adequate face cream or moisturizer and take a break from medicines. Avoid faceline and face make-up as well.

Hope it helps.
