What Causes Irritation Under The Stomach Pannus?

Question : I have a red irritation under my stomach pannus. I have treated it with first washing and then rinsing well with hydrogen peroxide. I have been applying an OTC 1% hydrocortisone anti-itch cream. It's a little better but is not going away. I have some samples of Topicort (Desoximetasone) 0.05%. I can't afford to get OTC fluticonazole or something like Nystatin powder and my copay insurance is $50.00. I am 80 years old and my medications include metoprolol tartrate 100 mg (50 mg a.m., 50 mg p.m), hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg, lisinopril 40 mg, methimamazole 10 mg q.d. I had a ventricular bleed 10 years ago with no lasting side effects (I had ventriculostomies). I wear a Pacemaker because of irregular heart beat with sinus pause. At 80 years of age my doctor says I have a 70-year-old body and I do have good health. I am seldom ill, no colds, no flu, no aches or pains in my bones, no back problems. The last bone density I had had IMPROVED (doctor had to check on that to make sure it was correct. My complaint right now is this rash. I do take care of personal self very well. My weight is 161 and I am 5'-1". I'm dismayed at my weight (I should be about 135). I have tried various diets -- the thing I do not understand is that I NEVER gain any more weight. I absolutely do not overeat, do not eat beyond 6 p.m. at night, am consciencious with food selections and follow a Mediterranean diet. My weight remains constant. That has caused me to have a medium size pannus and that is the reason for this note. Thank you. I would like a recommendation as to what type of powder or cream I can use to correct this condition.
