Question : My 24-year-old daughter has itching that occurs on her legs and then horrific bruising appears. I have experienced this a couple times in my life...seems like blood vessels are breaking...but why??

This may be allergy or fungus.
She should take an anti allergy like cetirizine, SOS.
Apply anti fungal cream locally.
Avoid using irritants like soap.
Avoid moist places, wear loose and absolute dry clothings.
If condition does not improve in 48 to 72 hours, she should see a doctor.
