Brief Answer:
Tinea pedis, use topical antifungal and oral antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the images.
The image seems to suggest that this is a fungal infection i.e tinea pedis.
If i was the treating doctor i would suggest an oral antifungal e.g terbinafine tablet 250mg (zimig tablet) once daily for 4weeks.
In addition you may use a topical antifungal cream i.e terbinafine 1% cream (zimig cream), twice daily for 4weeks.
You may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
