Brief Answer:
Candid cream two times a day

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
Itching and rashes in groin area generally suggest fungal infection.
You need to keep the skin dry and clean. Wear loose and cotton clothes.
Candid cream twice a day will give relief in rashes and itching. Take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at night for 10 days and tablet fluconazoe 150 mg once a week for 4 week. As these are prescription drugs, you might need a visit to the physician.
It is better to consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment if your problem worsens.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
Dr Gaurav Patel
