This sounds like a fungal infection otherwise known as a used infection. I will talk about this with your pharmacist and your pharmacist can recommend a topical cream that should help alleviate your symptoms fairly quickly.

If the topical cream does not work then I would recommend that you see your doctor for a physical examination.
