Brief Answer:
Acute dermatitis. Use a topical steroid and oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.

Its an acute dermatitis like presentation, perhaps to some cream or cosmetic or bleach that you may have used on face.
I can see redness and multiple papules/ bumps on lower face, some of which look edematous/ fluid filled.
I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g tab. cetrizine or benadryl for itching. In addition I suggest you to use a mild topical steroid cream e g cortisone cream (hydrocortisone1%), twice daily. Cortisone is available OTC.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash. Wash face no more than twice a day and apply cream after washing.

Brief Answer:
Might take some days to heal on its own

Detailed Answer:
hi.

Yes but it might take some days.
By th way cortisone cream, cetrizine tab. / benadryl tab. are easily available OTC. Else you may use any soothing, drying lotion e.g calamine lotion. Calamine lotion is also available OTC.

Thank you. I have taken benadryl and used the cortisone. Will i need to see a doctor in person? And will the bumps filled with fluid fade away or will they need to be professionally cleared/popped?

Brief Answer:
Use the cream and tablet for 3-5 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I think they should dry up/start resolving in 3-5 days. Don't pop them manually. If they don't improve or they worsen then you might need to see a doctor in person.
