Question : Hi doctor 4 days ago I wash my penis with shampoo and now it itching and have some pain on the too of the head. And I have small reddish things. I don't know what to do. I went to the hospital and just say that is irritation and don't need to take a cream just cleaning the area. And one of them said to use ketoconazole if I want. Please help me

Probably you developed reaction to shampoo.
It's not fungal infection hence ketoconazole won't be helpful.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone.
You should apply cortisone twice a day.
This should help you.

Thank you doctor. And how long it takes the redness and itchiness leave after you start the medicine? I started on Thursday night and i took it until now 4 times.
