Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you developed reaction to shampoo.
It's not fungal infection hence ketoconazole won't be helpful.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone.
You should apply cortisone twice a day.
This should help you.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
