Question : Hi ,
I have been really itchy down there for a while and now it has become a sore when i start to get it to heal it gets really itchy again and I just end up making it worse what can I do to heal the sore and stop the itching.

I have gone through your query. Fungal (yeast) infection can give such problem. You can use antifungal creams like clotrimazole or miconazole which is available as over the counter for local application. Avoid soaps and irritans to wash the genital area as it can cause more irritation. You can use saline o warm water. Using intimate wash or V ash daily is also good.
