What Causes Itching And Sweating On Buttocks?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I have habit of keeping my leather wallet at my trousers back pocket, due to the sweat there is some reaction and led to allergy(itching).
Pls suggest some remedy.

I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed frictional dermatitis .
First of all,it is important to eliminate the cause .
You should avoid keeping the wallet in that particular pocket .
Application of a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice daily will help in treating the rash .
But this rash has a tendency to recur ,so it is important that you avoid the friction from the wallet at that particular area .
