Question : I am a 68 yr. old male, my right in side-forearm has swollen mysteriously swollen, about a month ago and it is itching. I am concerned.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.To help you further please tell me

1.Do you have any difficulty in making a tight fist and have chronic disease like diabetes ?
2.Blood report of complete blood count with ESR (erythrocytes sedimentation rate).If not done please get it done.
3.Is the swelling is warm,painful to touch with reddish discoloration ?
