Question : My Kid Age: 3 Yrs. 10 Months complaining about itching around anus, specially around the night. What would you suggest?

The child needs a Deworming medication like Albendazole in prescribed dose.

And keep his hands clean by washing especially before food and after toilet.

Therefore I suggest you to consult the Pediatrician for the prescription of a Deworming syrup for the child.
