Question : I am having a slight itching at the tip of my penis as well as small looks like paper cuts since I'm not circumcised its hard for them to heal since I have to wash often

Hello. This sounds like balanitis--a yeast infection often seen in uncircumcised males. Not an STD and for now you can try Lamisil cream twice a day for a week, but, if that doesn't help, you'll need prescription ketoconazole cream.
