I feel the need of scratching my butt . I would like to know what it is and what can I do about it?.

It is looking like a fungal infection.
The area of groin and butt crack is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like clotrimazole, Terbinafine etc are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
