Brief Answer: Sitz bath, avoid spicy food Detailed Answer: Hello there, The symptoms you have may be due to mild GRADE 1 or 2 internal hemorrhoids. This can be confirmed with per rectal examination. I suggest you to visit a competent surgeon and discuss about it. In the interim I suggest you to improve your dietary fiber intake, drink plenty of fluids and avoid straining. Warm sitz bath twice or thrice a day can be helpful. It would also good if your doctor can repeat stool and blood test to exclude repeat worm infestations. Take care. Dr.surendiran.g
